We are an independent, family run Japanese delicatessen and takeaway shop in Potters Bar with a passion for creating feel-good Japanese foods full of balance, variety and taste.
We are on a mission to make eating well the Japanese way easy for all. Whether you fancy a quick takeaway bento on a busy work night, a luxury platter to share with the family at home , a relaxed Japanese lunch out with your friend over green tea and sushi, or maybe even having a go at your own miso soup – we are here for you at My Muki.

Order fresh Japanese cuisine for delivery or a quick grab & go from the website or via our app. If you prefer to order in-store, you are more than welcome. You can watch our chefs hand-prepare your fresh sushi, deli, and bento boxes.

Dine
Our menu is made-to-order and designed for you to take away and enjoy in the comfort of your home. However, if you’re looking to sneak away from the office for a quick lunch, we have a small shared seating area so you can dine away from your desk.

My Muki fresh and frozen foods are chef-made with all natural ingredients. They not only taste good, but do you good too.
We have a varied main menu with a balance of modern and authentic Japanese flavours, giving you a taste of city-quality food at local Potters Bar prices.
We offer a wide range of modern and traditional Sushi, including sashimi, nigiri, and rolls. We have a lot of plant-based options too. On the deli counter, we have a variety of small plates from chicken skewers to vegetable sides and a selection of Bento boxes.
A Bento box, at its core, is simply a Japanese to-go box containing an entire meal. On the bento menu, we have a selection of tasty, filling, and balanced Bentos – the perfect meal for one.
